Our company is engaged in a business that solves on-site problems. The current content began with a consultation about these issues. With the enforcement of the HACCP application requirement in June 2021, it has become mandatory to retain on-site data, and they wanted to implement measures and sought our assistance. Since we ourselves were not in the food processing industry, we held meetings to understand what kind of support would be beneficial. The issues that arose were as follows: - The current handwritten forms lack reliability. - The equipment from which data needs to be collected is very old and lacks data collection functionality. To address these issues, we contacted manufacturers of food equipment, but it appeared that the manufacturer in question was no longer in business. The purpose of this initiative was to accumulate data on the processing temperatures of equipment used for sterilization.
